What the Program Coordinator role will look like:

  • Manage the end-to-end training process for any learners, including enrolment on the internal e-learning platform.
  • Provide essential administrative support to the Training team, including managing phone calls and emails, ensuring accurate information is delivered to customers.
  • Liaise with consultants, contractors, and trainers to organise training events and schedules.
  • Collaborate with various teams, including sales, operations, and customers, to identify training needs and build strong relationships.
  • Demonstrate problem-solving abilities and meet Training Service Level Agreements, while maintaining meticulous record-keeping and compliance.
  • Issue training certificates upon completion, gather and act upon customer feedback.

What you need to be a Program Coordinator:

  • Customer service and administration skills and previous experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Any scheduling and coordination experience is beneficial to the role.
  • A confident IT user, including the MS Office package.
  • Willing to learn and develop your knowledge in a new industry.
  • Attention to detail.
