- You will have a social work degree and registration with Social Work England,
- You must have a full driver's licence and access to a vehicle.

- As the Supervising Social Worker, it is your duty to provide foster parents with support, guidance, and management based on your expert knowledge and experience.
- This will ensure the safety and development of the children in their care and to whom we are responsible.
- You will support our out of hours rota.
- You will be responsible for providing foster parents with support and supervision and upholding compliance standards. In accordance with the Fostering Services (England) Regulations 2011 and the Fostering Services National Minimum Standards
- You will cultivate productive working relationships with the local authorities responsible for the children and young people in placement.
