The Role

Due to company expansion and further opportunities arising within the Christeyns group there is a vacancy for a full time Operational Support Administrator. This person will be reporting to and working closely with the Stock and Training Manager, undertaking tasks in both of these areas, and in addition carrying out a support role to the whole Operations Team. Full Training will be given.

Main Duties

* Supporting & engaging with different parts of the organisation

* Stock Forecasting and ordering

* Manage the supply of packaging coming into site

* To carry out administration for the Learning & Development Programme

* To carry out administration for the Office Purchasing department

* To liaise with Managers and Suppliers

* To be able to prepare samples for Customers

The candidate

* The applicant must have strong organisational skills with attention to detail.

* Must be competent in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Teams

* Good communication skills both written & verbal

08.00 am to 17:00 pm Monday to Thursday
08.00 am to 16 :00 pm Friday
