Tipworx Limited is a small privately owned haulage firm based in the High Peak, due to our growth we are looking for an office administrator to support the management team.

Duties which will include:

- Taking incoming telephone calls
- Filing/scanning/shredding
- Inputting orders onto our Transport Management System
- Inputting data onto spreadsheets
- Sending customer statements and managing customer accounts

Personal requirements:

- Polite telephone manner
- Punctual
- Hardworking and reliable
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience using Microsoft Office
- Good Organisation skills

Previous experience of working in the haulage industry would be advantageous, however isn’t essential.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £10.50-£12.50 per hour

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- High Peak: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
