On behalf of this organisation, AMS are looking for a Junior Roadshow Coordinator for a 9 month contract based in London providing Hybrid working. Flexible working approach: in-office presence 3 days weekly minimum - Days to be determined on a weekly basis, based on roadshow arrangements.
As a Junior Roadshow Coordinator within Global Markets you will have the opportunity to get involved in managing deal and non-deal related roadshows for a wide range of internal and external clients.
Responsibilities of the Junior Roadshow Coordinator:
Ensure that all activities and Road Show duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Create, manage and distribute roadshow schedules (in excel) for all types of roadshow.
Book travel logistics - flights (commercial and private) cars, trains and accommodation.
Book virtual and physical meetings and send out calendar invitations (Teams, Webex).
Point person for all internal contacts (Syndicate, Banking, Sales).
Finalise all costs for Roadshow and ensure 100% reimbursement to the desk via Accounts Team.
Accounts duties; ensure Clients, entities and other banks are re-charged correctly and is in line company policies.
Travel occasionally on Business or Training trips.
Manage multiple projects autonomously, be able to prioritise between various tasks depending on deadlines.
Experience working in high pressurised, fast paced banking environment.
Experience of collating costs and ensuring clarity for billing or re-charging to cost centres.
Experience of overseas event knowledge and management.
This client will only accept workers operating via an Umbrella or PAYE engagement model.
