An excellent opportunity has arisen to work for our established client in Reading as a People Development Manager. This role will be instrumental in managing, motivating, and development support teams. As the People Development Manager, you will be responsible for:
Organising onboarding and relevant training for new and existing team members.
Undertake regular 1-2-1's to ensure continual communication and strong rapport building.
Draft, review, and agree all personal development plans.
Assist the Learning & Development Manager in the compilation of training needs following appraisal meetings.
22 days holiday + bank holidays, increasing to 27 days.
