Processing fortnightly and monthly payroll using Sage payroll
Filing statutory payroll returns
Dealing with payroll related matters and statutory compliances
Processing company stores weekly sales
Ensuring timely Invoices & Credit notes are raised to all customers
Calculation of franchise fees
Issuing Monthly Statements to customers
Preparation of Aged Debt report
Updating and maintaining customer records
Cash Book and Nominal Entries

Posting & Allocation of receipts and payments
Daily Bank reconciliation's of all company Bank accounts
Posting of revenue Accruals and deferrals
Other Duties to include

Investigating and resolving queries from Franchisee’s regarding Royalty & Marketing Fees
Assisting with Payroll Processing
Assisting Internal Audit & Compliance Team
Undertake any reasonable task on the request of the Accounts Team
Skills & System knowledge

Microsoft Office packages (especially Excel)
Sage Payroll Experience Essential
Knowledge of Foreign Currency conversions & Postings
minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
