**Salary**: 22000 - 24000

The Role

This position requires someone with a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills. Supporting the owner with all office administrations and finances. Ideally looking for someone with experience with Sage 50 and VAT & invoicing. You will also beliaising with engineers and managing their diaries.

This is a small team and on occassions you will be working alone.

**Duties**:
Organise maintenance visits with customers

Diarise appointments for engineers

Credit Control

Raise Invoices

Assist the Accountant who does the payroll, VAT returns and Year-end.

Answer the phones

Admin support to the office

Generally run the office

**Benefits**:
Part time hours: 9.00am - 4.00pm

20 days holiday, plus bank holidays
