We’re super-excited to announce that we’re now on the lookout for a Sale Operations & Incentive Planner . In this role, you’ll get to support the design, implementation and management of The 1:1 Diet’s annual incentives plan for our amazing Consultants. You’ll be genuinely passionate about making continuous improvements, and be dedicated to showcasing the impact a great incentives plan can have on commercial ambitions
Corby, Northants with hybrid working - our Commercial teams collaborate onsite with each other on a Monday and Tuesday , plus come in on one other day of the week
Role Type: Permanent, full time
Reporting to our Senior Manager, Sales Operations and Field Transformation, you’ll be the guardian of our annual incentives. Focusing on our 6,000+ Consultants, you’ll make sure they stay engaged and excited about The 1:1 Diet brand and their growing businesses.
Support activities such as reactivation programmes, price promotions & changes, plus system updates
Analyse incentive performance and provide recommendations to drive improvements
Perform ROI reporting against KPIs and commercial targets
Provide project support across Sales Operations
A whizz when it comes to Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Experience as an Incentives or Compensation analyst (or a similar role)
Someone who knows their way around sales incentive compensation plan designs & best practices
Someone positive, proactive and flexible in mindset About Us
