Job Description Within our B2B business unit we are on a period of growth. We are therefore seeking a motivated Business Analyst to join our Change and Transformation team and define and deliver our internal transformation plans.
As a Transformation Analyst, you will collaborate with various stakeholders, including executives, managers, and technical teams, to drive continuous improvement, gather requirements, define project objectives, and ensure successful project delivery.
Conduct comprehensive analysis, including Root Cause analysis, of business processes, systems, and operations to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including process maps, workflow diagrams, and system configurations.
Proven experience working as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, with experience of process mapping and root cause analysis of issues.
Strong analytical skills with a basic understanding of SQL and the ability to collect, organize, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficient in using business analysis tools, techniques, and methodologies.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in using business analysis software, project management tools, and productivity applications.
Knowledge of industry-standard business analysis frameworks and Lean methodologies is desirable.
Familiarity with Agile is a plus.

Ecotricity is Britain's greenest energy company. Our mission was, and remains, to change the way energy is made and used in Britain- by replacing fossil fuels with clean, renewable energy.
