SQL Data Analyst

We are seeking an experienced SQL Data Analyst to join our Credit Management Department. As a key member of our team, you will design, scope, develop, and deliver data solutions to meet the requests of stakeholders, while seeking opportunities to improve data insight.
About You
You will be an experienced data analyst with a proven track record in BI, data manipulation, and problem-solving. You'll have experience in building relationships and mentoring junior members of a team. The role will require you to be a strong communicator, both written and verbally, with the ability to convey key information in a variety of digestible formats, providing delivery timescales and using strong stakeholder management skills to communicate these.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, scope, develop, and deliver data solutions to meet the requests of stakeholders.
- Seek opportunities to improve data insight and make complex decisions.
- Build collaborative relationships and mentor junior members of the team.
- Hold yourself and others accountable to consistently achieve results.
- Identify trends to define and improve business strategies.
- Review reporting methods and processes, maximising the opportunity to automate wherever possible.
- Act as a key point of contact for both regulatory and operational reporting.
Requirements
- Strong working knowledge of SQL for data analysis (MS-SQL/Databricks - T-SQL, View and table design, Experience of ETL).
- Strong technical analytical skills as a Data Analyst.
- Managing and manipulating data experience.
- Stakeholder management and facilitation of decisions of all sizes.
- Strong presentation skills for engaging senior stakeholders.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations.
