Job title: Human Resources Officer
Salary: Circa GBP30,000
Location: Wolverhampton
Holiday: 25 days plus Bank Holidays
Are you an experienced Human Resources Professional, looking for an exciting new opportunity ? Would you like to join an established, successful, market leading manufacturing business based in Wolverhampton ?
The Role: Reporting directly to the businesses CEO, you will be responsible for the management of all HR Functions, with the support of an external HR Consultancy business.
Duties will include:
- Recruitment - placing adverts for live vacancies, providing contracts for any hires once successfully interviewed by the line manager.
- Disciplinary - carrying out the necessary process, ensuring policies are followed and relevant paperwork is completed.
- Absence Management - overseeing Return To Work process carried out by line managers.
- Internal Audit - carry out periodical audits of all HR paperwork and processes, including relevant Right To Work, Contract, Employee Personal Detail documentations.
- Oversee HR function for 150 permanent staff, with an additional flexible temp workforce to cover busy periods
The Successful Candidate:
- Will be qualified to minimum Level 3 CIPD
- Be able to demonstrate at least 2 years experience in a similar role
- Show ability to work in a fast paced office environment
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Have strong IT Skills, including all Microsoft Software Packages
