Job Description

Our client is actively seeking a seasoned Senior Product Manager to assume a leadership role in steering our product portfolio. From consulting and advising internal teams to spearheading the development of customer-centric features, the Senior Product Manager ensures our products consistently deliver tangible value to our customers. This role encompasses a spectrum of responsibilities, from decision-making with a focus on commercial impact, to facilitating customer uptake through compelling features and managing the seamless delivery of product developments.

Key Deliverables

  • Decision Making: Execute sound decisions, factoring in commercial impact and the anticipated performance of product features.
  • Customer Uptake: Provide features that resonate with customer needs, fostering quick and clear comprehension to drive the adoption of new products.
  • Development Delivery: Collaborate closely with and guide development teams to meet target delivery dates for new features.

Key Responsibilities

Product Ownership for Sprints:

  • Identify customer needs and business requirements for product development, consolidating and refining requests into comprehensive design briefs.
  • Prioritize workloads for efficient product development.
  • Make design decisions that align with the delivery of design specifications.
  • Ensure product changes align with the overall business strategy.
  • Serve as a technical escalation point for Product colleagues and other departments as needed.

Working with Other Departments:

  • Act as the product expert for our cutting-edge platform.
  • Provide product knowledge to Sales and Solution Consultants to enhance bid processes.
  • Share delivery timeframes with the Project Management team.
  • Liaise with Engineering Services to clarify bug priorities.
  • Offer internal training or awareness sessions on products as required.

Updating Customers:

  • Conduct monthly webinars to update customers on product news.
  • Contribute to the quarterly Product Roadmap.
  • Manage quarterly user forums to gather feedback and provide updates.
  • Organize and lead meetings with customers to share the product vision as needed.
