Administrator (with Flexible & Hybrid Working)

A leading, global AJ100 architecture practice is looking for an experienced Administrator to join their Norwich studio.
This international award-winning practice is renowned for working on a diverse and exciting range of architecture, masterplanning, heritage and interiors projects. They are employee owned and offer a great benefits package including hybrid working. Your role will be broad and will include project coordination, facilities and office management.
Support Project Leads with fee and resource management, conduct project reviews, and update their project management software
Facilities management for the office
Provide project admin support to the teams, including creating documents, booking travel, printing reports and drawings etc.
Front office duties including meeting and greeting high-profile clients, answering calls and managing meeting logistics
Flexible approach with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks
Strong MS Office skills
