This is a new role within the recently established Strategy and Executive Planning function of Carnival UK, reporting directly into the VP Strategy & Executive Planning. As we begin to develop our longer-term planning horizon and underlying framework, this role will support the development of how we bring to life plans to meet our long-term aspirations and goals, working with both internal stakeholders and external organisations. working with the VP, support the development of a business planning framework that considers short, medium and long term goals, and links together strategic plans and activities to enable delivery
support delivery of both ad hoc and cyclical Executive and enterprise wide requirements from Corporate (including Board updates, strategic plan presentations etc.)
Our role categories range from CUK15 (entry level) to CUK1 (Brand President) so you can clearly see internal development opportunities. This role is a CUK07 and is offered on a full time, permanent basis, with hybrid working in our Southampton office, a minimum of 3 days per week.
