Job Title: Area Sales Manager (South / South-West, London, Essex & Kent)

Field Based across South / South-West, London, Essex & Kent with frequent travel to Head Office in Ashington, RH2O 2LW required

Full Time, Permanent

BPH Attachments are the UK's leading Excavator Attachment specialists. We are the sole importer of the PRODEM brand of attachments which are renowned for their quality, durability and cost effectiveness, along with LaBounty Scrap Shears and the Oilquick quick coupler systems.

As a family-run company established in the 1970's, we have extensive construction industry experience. We offer nationwide next-day delivery on products in stock, and have a team of specialist engineers who can service and repair all attachments brands.

A field-based sales role with responsibility for identifying new hire and sales opportunities to generate revenue and help the business grow through pro-active business development and account management of existing, new and lapsed customers.

Please note that candidates must hold a full valid driving licence.

Responsible for the combined sales and hire target for the South / South-West, London, Essex & Kent of £7.Phone calls
Work closely with the Internal Sales Executives for the South and London to develop a strategy for each region and areas of responsibilities
Deal with pricing enquiries, preparing and sending out quotes & following up in a timely manner, co-ordinating with Internal Sales Executives
Take full ownership of your own sales performance in order to meet/exceed agreed targets and KPI's
Represent the company at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations
Attend monthly sales meetings
Keep up-to-date with industry developments, maintaining awareness of competitor activity and market trends and feedback to Head Office
Deal promptly and professionally with customers to address any problems or issues as that arise and feedback to Sales Team ManagerAbout you:

Strong sales background - construction industry knowledge desirable but not essential - or a willingness to learn the industry
Professional, flexible, personable, and committed
IT Literate / Familiarity with CRM practicesBenefits:
