The company We’re working on behalf of a rapidly growing, international medical device company. With a product portfolio ranging from urology to general surgery, ENT to obstetrics, they specialise in surgical technologies for minimally invasive surgeries. They are known for having a fantastic reputation in the market and offering an excellent training programme and company culture. The role As a Territory Manager, you’ll arrange and travel to your appointments with surgeons in various hospitals and clinics to implement the use of our client’s products. Following a 7-week training program, you’ll be well-equipped to engage in peer-level conversations with surgeons and nurses in the operational theatre.
- Your day to day might look a little like this: Creating effective business plans and approach strategies
- Demonstrating the use of our client’s products to surgeons, staff, and nurse
- Attending orientation, education, and scrub sessions
- Working closely with the Customer Service team on tenders, quotations, and samples
- Being an active member during company meetings and product training
- Organising and attending conferences
- Degree Educated in a relevant discipline
- Someone comfortable in an operating room environment
- A strong interpersonal relationship builder
- Experience in managing accounts from prospecting through to implementation
- Strong listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
- The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- High organised and able to prioritise effectively
- Positive, driven and results-orientated
