The company We’re working on behalf of a rapidly growing, international medical device company. With a product portfolio ranging from urology to general surgery, ENT to obstetrics, they specialise in surgical technologies for minimally invasive surgeries. They are known for having a fantastic reputation in the market and offering an excellent training programme and company culture. The role As a Territory Manager, you’ll arrange and travel to your appointments with surgeons in various hospitals and clinics to implement the use of our client’s products. Following a 7-week training program, you’ll be well-equipped to engage in peer-level conversations with surgeons and nurses in the operational theatre. Your day to day might look a little like this: Creating effective business plans and approach strategies Demonstrating the use of our client’s products to surgeons, staff, and nurse Attending orientation, education, and scrub sessions Working closely with the Customer Service team on tenders, quotations, and samples Being an active member during company meetings and product training Organising and attending conferences The requirements You’ll have 2+ years of experience in medical sales in hospitals (ideally surgical) with a proven track record of success. They’re also looking for: Degree Educated in a relevant discipline Someone comfortable in an operating room environment A strong interpersonal relationship builder Experience in managing accounts from prospecting through to implementation Strong listening, negotiation, and presentation skills The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team High organised and able to prioritise effectively Positive, driven and results-orientated This role requires you to live across Portsmouth, Hampshire, West Sussex or Brighton area, for example, Guildford, Chichester, Surrey, or Sussex and be comfortable travelling across these parts.
