As Country Retail Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the development and execution of retail marketing strategies across your country network.
You will play a key role in growing the brand attractiveness and magnifying the business, by developing targeted activities, campaigns, and events, with the aim to enhance customer network, recruit new clients, upgrade existing ones, and boost VIC sales.
Initially being based in London, you will ensure a regular communication across departments and functions to successfully execute high-impact retail marketing initiatives.
Initiate, lead and monitor all retail marketing activities (CRM, clientele, event) across your Country Network, according to Global guidelines, predefined targets of clients and business goals
Lead all customer-focused and marketing data-mining techniques to drive predictive analytics, ongoing reporting, segmentation strategies and campaign performance
Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to assess and reveal customer profiles, including nationality, historical purchasing data, behavioral information, and business trends, to identify specific targets for product launches, events, CRM activities and marketing campaigns
Monitor the business at market and boutique level and transform data into actionable insights to recommend strategic and/or tactical business decisions
Develop and leverage the events program, local execution, and strategic promotion to increase brand awareness and exposure, drive sales, and foster client loyalty
Implement effective ROI models to measure events, VIC and CRM campaign response and effectiveness
Manage the budget and targets for all retail marketing initiatives across the network
Champion a culture of best practice within the market, coaching and challenging the store teams to strive to identify an advanced out of ordinary experiences and Clients Journeys
Build a network of partners, contacts, and suppliers to reach targeted results in most efficient way on high standards level of the company
MBA or Degree in luxury program, marketing, or business-related subjects
At least 7 years' experience in a retail company within an international environment
Passion and curiosity about luxury fashion industry trends and digital markets
Understanding of what drives traffic into a retail environment, and of retail analytics.
Ability to review data, identify opportunities and develop action plans
Strong project management and problem-solving attitude
Mastery of MS office tools and BI programs
Fluent in English and fluency in zone language is a must
