2455 – Platform Delivery Lead - Aberdeen
We have an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated and skilled Platform Delivery Lead to join our dynamic team in Aberdeen . The successful candidate will lead a small team in addition to providing operational and project support in an enterprise setting. This position is based in Aberdeen, working a hybrid model of 3 days per week onsite and 2 from home.


Co-ordination and allocation of operational and project activities to technical SMEs
Delivery, quality assurance and service improvement
Managing incidents, requests, problems and changes in accordance with ITIL processes
Carrying out capacity management, knowledge management and asset management in accordance with ITIL processes
Planning and implementing changes in accordance with change management processes
Engaging and coordinating with third-party vendors and support providers as required


Service Delivery and Service Management experience, ideally in IT
Experience of dealing with third-party vendors and support providers
Ability to be self-supporting and proactive
ITIL, Six Sigma or service management and improvement framework knowledge
