As a Personnel Logistic Operator, you will be responsible for the logistics of operational personnel, communicating to assigned personnel, coordination of travel and assignments under the direction of the Personnel Coordinator. As a Personnel Logistics Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  1. Ensure timely execution of orders, instructions, and directions from the personnel coordinator.
  2. Work with Account Project Manager to plan and distribute workloads amongst the team as required by the business.
  3. Ensure projects are experienced and skill balanced.
  4. Record and communicate assignments.
  5. Support Personnel Coordinator and Personnel Planner during busy periods.
  6. Support HSE, Quality and Compliance culture through the UK.
  7. Provide field employee performance feedback.
  8. Check and approve timesheets.
  9. Perform other assigned duties as required.
  10. Cover tasks in the Personnel Team for holiday and sick leave cover.
Key Skillsets
  • Industry experience may be considered as a suitable substitute.
  • Industry experience is an advantage.
  • Good computer skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Must be an excellent communicator.
  • Must have exemplary record keeping and an eye for detail.
  • Excellent safety attitude is a must. Must participate in all Company safety programs and adhere to all policies.
