Compensation

  • Starting Base Salary for Trainees - £24,000 (increases on promotion bandings)
  • First Year OTE: £45-50,000
  • Third Year OTE: £120,000+
  • Fourth Year OTE: £200,000+

Summary:

We are seeking applications from prospective candidates who want to be challenged and exposed to the world of front-office trading. We serve some of the biggest names in quant trading and investment banking, but are looking for ambitious candidates to help us expand our reach and offering. You will have the opportunity to secure your own clients and have ownership within your role.

Training:

360, on the desk/one-on-one

Desk Focus Areas: Software Dev/Technology, Trading and Research, Risk Management.

Exposure: 'Start-up' like working environment where you will have the opportunity to develop personal relationships with Ivy League trading and research firms. We provide the platform and support - but it will be down to you to decide whether you make it a success or not.

We really need candidates who understand that success will not happen overnight and the upside in recruitment really begins to pay off in years 2/3. You need to be seriously financially driven beyond any reasonable doubt which is a mandatory requirement to be considered for selection.
