**Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Technology Sector**
- £24, 000 basic with uncapped commission_

**The benefits of joining my client as a trainee recruitment consultant are as follows**:
£24k base salary with uncapped commission. OTE £40k 1st year, £70k 2nd year

THE ROLE OF A TRAINEE RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT

A typical day as a trainee recruitment consultant will consist of;
*Cold calling to win new business

*Writing adverts

*Screening CV’s

*Negotiating terms of business

*Maintain successful client relationships

*Hitting targets / earning commission and celebrating your success each month

**TRAINEE RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT - THE CANDIDATE**

*2.1 or above and strong academic background

*B2B/B2C sales experience is a distinct advantage
