You’ll be someone who can work pro-actively, managing your own tasks, but you’ll also be confident collaborating with others, communicating regularly with senior managers, Directors, and BDO’s Partners to enable us to serve our clients effectively . You’ll be encouraged to identify and draw attention to opportunities for enhancing our delivery and providing additional services to our clients.
The Junior Client Delivery Manager will have overall responsibility for the delivery of high quality independent reviews of annual service charge expenditure for a specific client. They will manage a dedicated team and supervise the process to ensure that our work is efficient, completed within the KPIs, and our offering is tailor-made to suit the client’s needs. The Junior Client Delivery Manager will be a point of escalation both internally and for the client and will confidently deal with difficult situations.
You’ll be someone with:
Strong service delivery or project management experience in (in order of preference) a Finance environment, Professional Services or Financial Services
methodologies, preferably including PRINCE2.
Ability to lead a team, coaching and developing junior members.
Excellent understanding of a variety of project management methodologies, preferably including PRINCE2.
Requirement of 2 days a week minimum in the Bristol office
