Job Title: SEN Learner Assistant
School Type: Primary SEND School
Are you passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)? We have a fantastic opportunity for a caring and motivated SEN Learner Assistant to join our team at a dedicated SEND school in Sutton, London.
Provide tailored support to students with SEN, helping them achieve both academic and personal development goals.
Work closely with teaching staff to implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and develop strategies that address each student's unique learning needs.
Previous experience working with SEN learners is highly desirable.
Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to meet the needs of students with SEN.
Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate a variety of learning styles.
A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle are preferred due to the location of the school in Sutton.This role offers a competitive daily rate between £90 and £100, based on your experience and qualifications. Along with a highly rewarding role, you will play a key part in helping students with SEN achieve their full potential.
