With a focus on temperature control solutions and data acquisition our client offer innovative solutions to Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology and Healthcare organisations globally. A bit about the role:

  • Our client is looking to hire a dedicated and results-oriented individual to join their team as a Heat Treatment Key Account Manager.
  • The Key Account Manager will be responsible for selling Temperature Solutions, Data Management and SCADA Systems.
  • In this pivotal role, you will spearhead their expansion efforts within the dynamic heat treatment industry.
  • Your primary responsibilities will encompass managing key accounts, cultivating robust relationships with key stakeholders, and driving sustainable sales growth.
  • The successful candidate will demonstrate a blend of technical expertise, strategic business insight, and exceptional interpersonal skills to effectively cater to customer needs and ensure unparalleled satisfaction.
  • This role is a remote position and the candidate can be located anywhere within the UK.
What’s required:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such Material science would be an advantage
  • Experience in Instrumentation, Process Automation or Industrial Engineering.
  • Proven track record of success in key account management within the Heat Treatment or related industries, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
  • Knowledge and experience with Heat Treatment processes and regulatory standards, including AMS2750G/CQI-9.
  • Ability to guide customers in implementing clients solutions in a compliant manner.
  • Strong technical acumen coupled with a keen understanding of business principles and market dynamics.
  • Sales knowledge of DCS, SCADA, PLC/PAC environment and common system architecture.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders at various organisational levels
