My client are seeking a passionate and experienced HR professional to join their team as a Global HR Business Partner. This individual will play a pivotal role in partnering with senior leadership to develop and implement HR initiatives that drive a high-performance culture, enhance employee engagement, and contribute to the overall success of the business. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and deep HR expertise.

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to design and execute functional people plans aligned with long-term business goals.
  • Lead strategic organisational changes, including designing target operating models and supporting change management processes.
  • Partner with business managers to understand people and organisational needs, develop succession plans, and implement development and retention initiatives.
  • Provide insight reports and analysis of essential HR data, recommending programs and improvements as necessary.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on internal policies, career guidance, and performance management.
  • Manage and resolve employee relations issues and execute ad hoc HR initiatives.

Key experience/skills:

  • Previous experience as a senior HR Business Partner or Head of HR in a fast-paced global environment.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills with the ability to translate HR strategies into actionable plans.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills with a track record of building effective relationships.
  • Change leadership experience, including facilitating organisational change.
  • Commercial business acumen with an understanding of global commercial drivers and pressures.
  • Experience in coaching leaders and managers to drive continuous improvement.
  • Experience with M&A activity, ideally on a global scale.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and drive results through collaboration.
  • Driven by a strong desire to do what's right for the business and its people.
  • Self-disciplined and results-oriented with a focus on managing objectives.
  • Personable with a preference for developing strong working relationships.
  • Demonstrates high personal energy and a positive attitude.
  • Collaborative and adaptable with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Demonstrates influence with humility and high emotional intelligence.
