They are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to further capitalise on their explosive growth over the last few years. The ideal candidate will want ownership of an important part of the business and will have a passion to expand the current sales team in line with aggressive growth plans. They are agile, focused and keen to gain further market share and the internal sales team is a key part of this growth strategy.
They are seeking a driven individual who is performance focused, who has had success managing a team of sales people and wants a new challenge with the opportunity to rapidly expand the department into new areas with direct support of the senior leadership team.
The Role - Internal Sales Manager
Day to day the role will encompass many different aspects but broadly you will be responsible for managing an internal sales team who are responsible for onboarding customer of varying sizes, on to the lead generation platform. They strive to provide excellent customer service and help their customers to get the most return on investment from their subscriptions.
Managing a growing team of people you will utilise your previous sales management experience to coach, develop and performance manage the team to give the customers a great experience and help the team to achieve their KPI’s.
Drive a performance culture with the customer at the heart of everything
Performance management and implementing people management policies and procedures
Sales process improvement
Manipulating data through excel to help make key management decisions
Compiling accurate reports, analysing statistics and liaising with senior leadership on areas for potential improvement
Defining and implementing Key Performance Indicators to raise the overall performance of the team
Regular call listening and screening to help coach and develop the team
Managing the ongoing training plan and delivery for new and existing team members
A minimum of 3 years of managing an internal sales team with a demonstrable and evidenced track record
Intermediate MS 365 skills with and emphasis on Excel
Experience of managing teams through CRM
Preferable but not necessarily required , SaaS experience, lead generation, marketing and funnel management and understanding of SEO and PPC
Creative
For the right candidate you can expect in return a salary of between £40k to £45K with a bonus in the first year of £5k based on deliverables to be agreed.
For the right individual hitting performance targets there is discretion to increase this amount.
Bonus will be positively reassessed yearly based on performance
Permanent contract, working 35 hours per week, Mon-Fri
