**About us**

Carbon 247 is a growing business in St Asaph. We are professional, agile, customer-centric, and driven. We are an End-to-End ECO Managing Agent based in North Wales, working alongside the biggest utility providers in the UK to support customers to achieve a more energy efficient home. We work under the Government Backed Energy Compliance Obligation Scheme set out by Ofgem.

We are in the position to hire a Sales Administrator to support our growing company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Future planning of all orders and pricing.
- Helping to project manage current and future systems.
- Source stock items for suppliers.
- Manage relationships with current suppliers.
- Identify new stock suppliers and products.
- Manage current stock quantities, timings and deliveries.
- Be the main point of contact for sites regarding all stock, equipment and order queries.
- To be involved in company projects, and be at the forefront of client/customer relations
- Contacting customers/utilities to source ECO work
- Liaising with local authorities to support vulnerable customers.

**Person Specification**:

- Be a strong decision maker and hold good problem solving skills.
- Have strong written and verbal skills.
- Have the ability to prioritise a busy work load.
- Be self-motivated and able to take initiative when needed.
- Have the ability to communicate well.
- Have high attention to detail.
- Have experience of working within a similar role/same role.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Work Location: In person
