An opportunity for a Digital Designer has arisen within a creative healthcare communications agency based in Hertfordshire. They generate thought-provoking, creative, multi-channel solutions that build great brands - brands that add real value at a time when HCPs, patients and healthcare systems need it most. They are dedicated to delivering ideas that instigate behavioural change, change lives, and maximise business outcomes.
Passionate about good design and the key role it can play in today’s omnichannel communications, you’ll be comfortable working across a range of digital projects but agile enough to deploy your skills to more traditional and diverse creative challenges when needed.
Working closely with their creative director and creative department your skills and responsibilities will include:
• Be comfortable working as part of a team with their production and copywriting department.
• Be comfortable articulating and presenting your ideas to key stakeholders in the agency as well as clients.
• Have the necessary craft/design skills to hone and refine your work when needed.
• Be a great team player, bringing out the very best in your colleagues throughout the whole agency.
• Have a real “can do” attitude, putting in the overs to get the job done when needed.
• Have a good working knowledge of all the current and relevant software: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Xd, Figma. (Experience of animation and motion graphics AE would also be useful.)
• Have an interest in/knowledge of AI and how it can complement your existing design skills.
• Demonstrate a practical understanding of UX/UI/CX and how your skills and outputs integrate into a larger digital ecosystem.
• Be comfortable liaising with creative suppliers where needed.
• Always be passionate and hungry to learn new skills, being keen to develop and evolve your role over time.
• Ideally have some experience in the healthcare sector.
For this position you will need to present two case studies which demonstrate your understanding of the brands you have worked on, the brief in question and the insight that led to your idea. They are also keen to hear the process you took from initial development to final execution.
