Your Package
£24,000 per annum + annual company bonus
22 days paid holiday in addition to bank holidays (increased with service, plus celebratory day)

Your Role
Own the client experience: Be the friendly voice and efficient problem-solver for our dedicated clients and field team, delivering top-notch communication that builds trust.
Be the team's organisational backbone: Partner with our leadership team to streamline projects
Master our systems: Become an expert in our internal databases, ensuring everything is up-to-date and easily accessible for the whole team.
Cultivate strong connections: Foster a positive and collaborative atmosphere with colleagues and clients alike.
Make events unforgettable: Put your event planning skills to work, helping us create memorable experiences for clients and our internal team.
Connect with the best: Build relationships with exciting brands and logistics partners to bring our projects to life.
Control the SWAG: Manage our SWAG portal, ensuring our team and clients always have the coolest branded gear.

Professional written / verbal communication skills
Ability to manage time effectively
Fully competent in using Microsoft Office, along with Google Workspace
