AWTG’s technology solution covers Digital Transformation, Rapid Prototyping, Artificial Intelligence, Internet of Things, and Software.

We're seeking a highly skilled Development Technical Lead to join our dynamic team in a hybrid role, offering 2 days a week on-site in London, and as necessitated, with remote work flexibility.

As the Technical Development Lead , you'll be a master of designing, building, and improving integrated solutions. Together, you'll ensure the solutions you create are the perfect fit, meeting project needs, technical limitations, and budget considerations. Actively participate in Technical Governance Processes, collaborating closely with key stakeholders to ensure optimal solutions that align with project needs, technical strategy, and budget.


~ the Charge: Deliver high-quality software solutions with comprehensive documentation, meeting deadlines and exceeding expectations. Full Lifecycle Ownership: Own the entire software lifecycle, from initial planning and estimation through deployment, user acceptance testing, and early life support. Leverage your expertise to lead technical design decisions, contribute to project planning, and provide accurate estimates for achieving team goals.


~ Seamlessly integrate with various data sources, third-party systems, and other project areas, collaborating effectively with diverse stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.


~ Navigate complex environments, analyze situations, and provide solutions to ensure successful project feature delivery.


With a strong written and verbal communication skills including ability to explain complex information with agile development teams, and stakeholders both
With expertise in industry standard development methodologies and tools
With expertise in Design of high-volume Back Office Systems hosted in Microsoft Azure
With expert knowledge in C# .Net, C# .Net Core
Functions, Service Bus
SQL Server, Cosmos DB, Storage
Azure DevOps, Bicep
Experience in deploying Microsoft Azure services using Azure DevOps Pipelines
With expert knowledge in Microsoft Developers Network / License
