You will lead an Inside Sales team of 2/3 people with plans to grow the team in the future. You will actively work within the team on Inside Sales Account Management alongside your team members. In addition, you will act as a sort of Office Manager for the Horsham office (approx. 6 employees currently) by having direct contact and providing operational and sales feedback to the CEO at the HQ in Belgium. Join them in our mission to exceed ambitious sales targets and provide exceptional customer service, all while propelling your career to new heights As a Sales Manager, you’ll helm our Inside Sales team in the UK (Horsham) and oversee back office services for our resellers, ensuring top-tier performance and results. Here’s what you’ll do:

  • Team leader: Coach and develop the existing inside sales team. Lead them to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Set and Monitor Goals: Establish individual sales goals, create action plans for success, and monitor progress.
  • Oversee Customer Account Management: Ensure your team excels in managing customer accounts and delivers outstanding performance.
  • Provide Feedback and Support: Offer valuable feedback, coaching, and support to enhance the team’s performance.
  • Optimize Sales: Monitor sales activities and use data analysis to optimize results.
  • Investigate and Improve: Analyze lost sales and customer accounts to uncover opportunities for improvement.
  • Forecast and Report: Forecast revenue, generate detailed sales reports, and contribute to budget planning efforts.
  • Develop Strategies: Craft pricing strategies, sales policies, and assist with proposal creation to drive business success.
Who you are as a professional:
  • 3+ years of experience in a call center or inside sales / account management position.
  • Experience either with people management or if not then previous experience as a mentor or coach to fellow colleagues or new starters.
  • Motivation to manage a team AND be part of the team activities is essential as we want someone to be motivated and happy in the role.
  • Professional level of English.
  • Able to assume your responsibilities, be reliable to your team as well as to senior management in Belgium.
  • Happy to work in the office as this is a family established business and they believe in togetherness :)
