- Spot Check: Review assessment records and decisions to guarantee accuracy and fairness.
- Hang Out with Learners: Engage with learners to understand their needs and ensure a positive learning experience.
- Plan, Plan, Plan: Strategize monitoring activities to keep our team on track.
- Spread the Good Stuff: Identify and promote best practices across the organization for continuous improvement.
- Know-How: Solid understanding of painting and decorating in the construction industry.
- Checking Champ: Experience in quality assurance or a related field, especially in education or training.
