End Point Assessor- Engineering Operative

The Engineering Operative Standard has the following 6 pathways:
Maintenance, Mechanical, Electrical, Fabrication, Material ( Processing or Finishing), Technical Support
We welcome assessors whether they can assess 1 of the pathways or multiple, at present we are keen to speak with all Assessors/IQAs with experience in each of the pathways listed above.
Location: Remote, travel required to sitesnHours: Worker Contract, Freelance
Duties and Responsibilities:nAssessing the apprentice against the relevant Knowledge, Skills and Behaviours via their Observation with questioning and Professional discussion supported by their Portfolio of Evidence in accordance with the End Point Assessment plan.nUpload reports from the assessments in a timely manner and in line with NOCN's service level agreements.nPrepare for assessments in a timely manner and be able to identify gaps in the apprentice's KSBsnBe able to build a quick rapport with apprentices to ensure that they can perform their best within assessmentsnMaintaining hands on CPD in their subject area to ensure knowledge is up to date.nRepresent NOCN in a professional manner when conducting assessments.nAdhering to GDPR practices and ensuring all data is secure.
NOCN will provide full training on our internal quality assurance processes and how to conduct these.
Role Requirements
must have an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the Engineering sector which they have demonstrated within the past 3 yearsnqualified to a minimum of level 3 within the engineering discipline being assessednHold Level 3 assessor qualification
