Business Development Manager

Location: Field based

Schedule: Monday - Friday from 08:30 - 17:00 (no weekends, evenings or bank holidays)

Salary: Competitive base salary + commission

We are currently looking for a Business Development Manager (Field Sales) to strengthen our team in Crewe.

Your responsibilities day to day will be...

  • Selling our product portfolio across your territory in a field / remote based role
  • Achieve set monthly and quarterly sales targets including:
  • Develop strategic understanding of our customer base including size, turnover, key stakeholders and business strategy
  • Positively promote and upsell our camera product portfolio
  • Work closely with our product specialists and implementation team on all new customers - ensuring their journey from prospect to customer is seamless and professional
  • Develop an excellent understanding of the internal sales process
  • To have commercial acumen and maximise on the profit of each deal
  • Manage and set clear expectations to customers - always look to exceed expectations
  • Demonstrate accuracy when completing all paperwork
  • Ensure the account handover process is followed diligently
  • Ability to hold and professionally structure internal and external meetings

What do we expect of you?

  • Minimum of 3 years sales experience, ideally in field or B2B sales
  • Proven to be excellent at self-generating new business
  • Previous experience working within telecoms is advantageous
  • Flexibility towards company requirements
