- Significant experience in EHS advisory roles, preferably within the food industry or related industrial operations.
- Thorough understanding of UK and European health, safety, and environmental legislation.
- Possess a NEBOSH National Diploma or equivalent certification.
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Science, or a related field. Additional qualifications in Engineering or Science are advantageous.
- Proficient in incident investigation and root cause analysis techniques.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for effective data analysis and presentation.
- Strong communicator capable of developing and delivering training, leading safety initiatives, and engaging with both internal teams and external partners.
- Proactive and solution-focused approach, with a commitment to fostering a safe, inclusive, and environmentally responsible workplace.
