Publicis One is looking for a new Global Associate Strategy Director to work on one of our latest and most exciting clients, LEGO This is an opportunity to work on a global disruptive brand, who are trusted and recognized worldwide – and be a part of a team leading the change and driving business into the future.

Our London-based Global and Western Europe team will comprise of around 100 people who are dedicated to LEGO’s business. Supporting up to 55 markets across the world, who are a true extension of our team

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Be a point of contact for the client, providing informed, insightful and authoritative consultancy. Develop and deploy media guidelines for global markets, demonstrating data led thinking, and considering Paid Owned and Earned touchpoints.
  • Collaborate closely with Investment, Audience & Insights, Offline and Digital teams across markets. Manage the team in using research tools to help support in global strategic responses
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of client business from current and historical perspectives.
  • Ensure that all projects and deliverables and met on time and to the highest standard.
  • Be an active participant in helping build the Publicis One Lego team and culture, working across different briefs, brainstorms and opportunities to collaborate across the Lego account on current and future projects.
  • Be a point of connection with the wider Publicis One Lego strategy team, sharing information, insights, and being a source of collaboration.
  • Help collating post campaign-analyses, integrating learnings into future campaign planning.
  • Maintaining media playbooks and planning bibles, ensuring they reflect the current approach and strategic direction of the client, as well as onboarding local markets to the latest iteration.
  • Creation and management of research & insight pieces, such as audience playbooks.
  • Creation of budget scenarios for campaign across key global markets.
  • Liaising with local teams and investment teams for scenario planning at different budget tiers.

THE RIGHT PERSON WILL HAVE:

  • Notable experience in a media agency, either in a local market planning role or global/regional roles.
  • Collaborative mindset and approach.
  • Inquisitive, with a desire to question, learn, and pick up new skills.
  • Enthusiastic, energetic, able to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple projects and tasks at once.
  • Confident presenting to both internal staff & clients

CRITICAL SKILLS

  • Exceptional strategic skills, and ability to form clear narratives with data.
  • Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to multi-task.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, as you will be dealing with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to think critically and challenge / question assumptions to ensure the best possible delivery for your client.
  • Analytical abilities, use a broad range of analytical approaches and techniques, being able to translate data into useful learnings and clear actions.
  • Good knowledge of digital and other media.
  • Excel and PPT experience mandatory.
