As Deputy Manager, you'll be rewarded with an hourly rate of £13.You'll also have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, where you can make a real difference to the lives of young people. Our client is a well-established care provider, with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality care to young people and young adults. They pride themselves on their dedicated and professional team, who work tirelessly to ensure the best possible outcomes for those in their care.

Identifying and reporting any deficits in care and staff training needs.
Providing training to staff as required.
Role modelling excellence for staff and acting as a key worker for young people in the home.
Ensuring the care and well-being of the young people is maintained at the highest level at all times.An hourly rate of £13.The opportunity to work towards a Diploma Level 5 in Leadership & Management.
The opportunity to make a real difference to the lives of young people and young adults.A Diploma Level 5 in Leadership & Management (or working towards it).
A good understanding of the care needs and care plans of young people and young adults.
A full driving licence.
A willingness to undertake training as directed by the Registered Manager.If you've worked in similar roles such as Care Manager, Residential Home Manager, Senior Care Worker, Care Team Leader, or Care Supervisor, this Deputy Manager role could be the perfect fit for you.
