Role Overview: An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented and dynamic Continuous Improvement Manager to join our fast-paced FMCG Manufacturing business based in Greater Manchester. Develop and implement continuous improvement strategies and initiatives to optimise manufacturing processes, reduce waste, and enhance overall operational efficiency.

* Lead cross-functional teams to identify and analyse opportunities for improvement, using data-driven methodologies and best practices.

* Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and track improvements, providing regular progress updates to senior management.

* Implement lean principles and methodologies to streamline processes, improve quality, and reduce costs.

* Conduct training sessions to ensure employees at all levels are knowledgeable about continuous improvement methodologies and tools.

* Drive a proactive approach to problem-solving and root cause analysis, promoting a culture of learning from mistakes and implementing preventive measures.

Proven experience in a Continuous Improvement or Operational Excellence role within the FMCG/Food Manufacturing sector.
