Your primary responsibility will be to lead and manage our Consultancy Team, including Professional Services Consultants, Project Managers, and support staff. You'll also be expected to contribute to billable consultancy work (up to 50% of your week). Management, mentoring and development of a team of Professional Services and Project Management Consultants and associated support staff.
Ensuring the well-being of Consultancy Team and providing support where required
Defining training requirements based on future pipeline as agreed with the Solutions Team
Ensuring the correct resource is utilised in the most effective manner across the projects to be delivered
Supporting with the selection and management of third-party resources involved in the delivery of projects
Perform Consultancy work up to 50% of the billable week initially with a view to reducing this depending on the management requirements
Working with key vendors to ensure the Consultancy Team have access to the latest releases and features of the vendors’ products
Ensuring the Consultancy Team have the correct vendor accreditation as agreed with both the Solutions Team and Partner Management
Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks as directed by Line Manager
Undertake any other ad hoc duties as required, which are deemed necessary to assist with the needs of the company
