As our new Supply Chain Manager, you’ll coordinate all supply chain activities, from raw materials, procurement, to delivery of the finished product to our customers.
You will be working closely with regional and group functions, supporting S&OP deployment, direct purchasing, customer service, production planning and scheduling, shipping, transport, internal logistics and any other activity that may interface with the supply chain.
Some of your key responsibilities:
- Implementation and continuous improvement of supply chain KPIs
- Mastery of our ERP system across departments.
- Translate the Group strategy into priorities for action and resources in his/her field of activity.
- Participate in and implement solutions concerning logistics strategy and organisation, and improvements to the efficiency and performance of the function.
- Manages projects and drives change (organisation, systems, operations, culture, transfer, etc.)
What do I need to be successful in this role?
- Previous experience within a supply chain management position.
- You hold strong knowledge and understanding of a high performing ERP system.
- You’ll have a real desire for continuous improvement and place the importance of teamwork.
- You’re a strategic thinker with a real eye for both short term and long term solutions.
- You are a data led individual and can confidently interpret and present key supply chain indicators.
