YOUR ROLE
Our multi-user site based in Northampton, who provide third party logistic services to over 6 core customers have the opportunity for a Degree Apprentice to join their warehousing operation.
Working collaboratively with the team, you will rotate around the different operational departments and customers to gain a better understanding of your future in Logistics. You will broaden your knowledge and experience of warehousing activities with the support of an onsite mentor and supportive team.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
Throughout your 4-year Degree Apprenticeship you will gain a wealth of knowledge, hands on experience and exposure to all areas of a warehousing operations including, inbound, outbound, transport, finance, understanding how a multi-user site operates financially. All of the experience you gain on the job will play a key part in evidencing your knowledge, skills and behaviors required as part of your degree.
As this is a warehousing operation flexibility is needed but your core working hours are Monday - Friday 40 hours per week.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for an individual who is driven, hungry to learn and self-motivated, with an analytical mindset, who can work alone or as part of a team and is ready to take on a new challenge We are also keen on bringing someone into the role who has a genuine interest and desire to work within the logistics industry.
In order to be accepted onto the apprenticeship, you must have achieved a minimum of 2 GCSE’s grade C/4 or above in Maths and English and have a minimum of 3 A Levels.
