EMEA Payroll Team Leader

This role will report directly into the International Payroll Manager and will be responsible for the line management of one Payroll Assistant.


Responsibilities include:

* Supporting the team in the processing and coordination of high volume payroll across several EU countries
* Supporting on EU payroll projects
* Oversee payroll reporting and balance reconciliations
* Preparations of payroll journals and bonus accruals
* Developing strong relationships with key stakeholders
* Maintenance of the timekeeping system
* Supervision and development of the payroll assistant


Experience required:

* Experience of processing multiple EMEA payrolls
* Experience in either a stand alone, senior to or supervisory payroll position
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
