Payroll Specialist - EMEA

At KMK HR Solutions, we are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Specialist to support our EMEA countries. This role combines projects and BAU payroll duties, while being customer-facing. Key responsibilities include:

  • Processing and delivering payroll services across EMEA locations in compliance with local laws
  • Partnering with the global payroll team on processing that relates to multiple regions, including bonus payroll and expatriate payroll processing
  • Communicating new legislation impacting payroll and managing compliance updates and employee communication as needed
  • Preparing and submitting all EMEA leavers and year-end tax documents
  • Utilizing Workday for accurate payroll processing, including creating reports and data auditing
  • Overseeing EMEA region for ongoing payroll transformation projects and implementing enhancements around processes in Workday
  • Partnering with the wider HR team on operational efficiency for areas related to payroll, including leader, global mobility, and benefits
