Job Description: Full-Time Accounts Assistant (Temporary to Permanent Contract)
45 per hour)Working Hours:
Monday to Friday
40 hours per week (no weekends)Purpose and Objectives of the Role: Join our team as a Full-Time Accounts Assistant on a temporary to permanent contract basis. Your primary responsibility will be to provide comprehensive support in the day-to-day financial operations of the company. This includes data entry for Sage Accounts and Sage Payroll, as well as assisting in BRCGS legislation administration to ensure compliance and regulatory requirements are met.
Accounts:
Approving and inputting purchase ledger invoices.
Assisting in credit control activities when required.
Conducting monthly balance sheet control reconciliations.
Performing daily bank reconciliations.
Payroll (Sage):
Assisting in payroll processing using Sage Payroll software.Minimum AAT Level 3 qualification or equivalent. The company supports training for AAT Level 4.Good telephone manner and communication skills.
Strong typing skills.
Experience in Microsoft Office applications.
Proficiency in using Sage Accounts software.
Minimum of one year's experience in an Accounts environment is required.
