Job Description:

The Senior Executive Recruiter is responsible for managing Executive-level candidate searches and uses creative and modern sourcing techniques to create a pipeline of candidates for Executive roles in the company. The Senior Executive Recruiter will be a trusted advisor to the executive team with a perspective on the external talent landscape and deep insights into the Company's business priorities, develop search strategies and lead engagements to position the Company for success today and in the future, and forge the dynamic relationships with Business Group executive team and HRBP. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of the Global Talent Acquisition transformation journey focusing heavily on top-quality experience for both candidates and hiring managers, process re-design, and remodelling the executive recruitment function.

Role:

  • Perform candidate generation, and customer management, prioritize time in an extremely fast-paced environment, and provide amazing customer service.
  • Strategize different ways to build talent pipelines and execute proactive market research, and referral generation with a focus on Diversity & Inclusion recruitment initiatives.
  • Develop a network to ensure constant pipelining of qualified candidates for roles that evolve out of succession planning exercise.
  • Demonstrate ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high interview-to-offer ratios.
  • Recommend ideas and strategies related to Executive recruitment that will contribute to the long-term growth of the company.
  • Work closely with the Company's Executive team and HRBP to forecast and determine open positions, and conduct strategy calls to understand position requirements and candidate success profiles.
  • Develop lasting relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Responsible for guiding candidates through our hiring process and connecting them to the world of working at the company.
  • Capture talent market insights and data to influence hiring decisions.
  • Find, engage, and activate passive candidates through innovative search techniques.
  • Enthusiastically recommend and drive process improvements that impact candidate identification and engagement.
  • Maintain accurate track of all candidates, searches, hiring managers' interactions, and other recruiting activities and accurate utilization of ATS according to standards.
  • Articulate in writing a plan with deliverables, timelines, and a formal tracking process.
  • Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company, implementing any new processes, fine-tuning standard processes, and staying informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques.

Desired Experience, Skills & Qualification:

  • Advance experience sourcing for executive-level candidates in an agency or corporate environment.
  • Experience pipelining candidates for strategic Leadership roles.
  • Well organized to manage and prioritize multiple searches.
  • Experience using a variety of research tools combined with a systematic, organized approach to execute research projects.
  • Technically savvy and motivated to continue learning; positive attitude; team player.
  • Ability to solve problems, think creatively and adapt to a dynamic market.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to build effective relationships.
  • Experience utilizing an Applicant Tracking System to track candidates, a source for leads, and create reports, metrics, and analysis.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
