We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Compliance & Control Manager to join our EMEA Compliance Monitoring Team. This role is located in Manchester and is HYBRID.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: 

  • The team is responsible for overseeing the Firm’s Personal Securities Trading Program and the Control Room
  • Proving guidance to employees on the Personal Securities Trading Policy and the Information Barrier Policy
  • Contributing to projects and programs to improve compliance and enhance the control environment.
  • Review and confirm control processes and procedures to ensure they are compliant with the policy and applicable laws and regulations.
  • Manage, develop, and motivate a team.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: 

  • Familiar with securities products and brokerage accounts
  • Several years of financial services compliance experience with the assigned products is preferred.
  • People Leadership experience is preferred.
