Position Overview:

  • Manage and coordinate knowledge provision : Oversee the firm's knowledge resources, including third-party online systems, and ensure efficient access to vital information.

  • Current awareness and research : Lead the firm's horizon scanning, monitor industry trends, and conduct research to keep the firm ahead in relevant knowledge.

  • Develop and enhance information infrastructure : Improve the firm's intranet and other systems to streamline access to resources for employees and clients.

  • Collaborate across teams : Work with Training Partners, Professional Support Lawyers, and Business Development to deliver tailored resources that optimize client service.

Your Experience:

You're a knowledge specialist in a law firm (you absolutely must have law firm experience), with a proven ability to make things happen. You'll be expected to bring a clear vision, craft a strategic plan, and execute it with precision to drive real impact.
