As the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will play an essential role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent in the fields of quantitative research, trading, development and business operations. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand their talent needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and execute hiring plans to support the growth and success of our organization.
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies;
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate outreach, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding;
Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics, performance, and market insights to senior leadership.
Proven experience (6+ years) in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a focus on technical or specialized roles within the financial industry;
Familiarity with algorithmic trading and financial markets is highly desirable;
Strong sourcing and networking skills, with the ability to identify and engage passive candidates;
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities;
Working in a modern international technology company without bureaucracy, legacy systems, or technical debt.
